Personal Statement
I began playing when I was ten, studied with several famous teachers and at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Mass. with a full scholarship. I have a legacy to share. Teachers: NY Philharmonic – Julius Baker; Boston Symphony Orchestra – James Pappoutsakis; World Class Flutist Gary Schocker.
I am a good teacher and get results with my students. I play Classical, Jazz, Rock and alternative, write songs and am also a singer.
I teach young to old, beginner to advanced. Everyone is different, and so my approach with each student is designed to fit his/her needs. I will travel to you for an extra $10 if you are within a 45 minute radius. Otherwise I teach at several studios
I especially enjoy teaching adults who once played the flute and want to resume playing.
I am an open and friendly individual, and lessons should be fun, but I do want you to practice and grow! I’ll show you how.
