Vendor refers to any person or agency that pays for a Bridge to Music service
Acceptance of Terms
The services that Bridge to Music, LLC (referred to as Bridge to Music hereafter) provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Bridge to Music reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our homepage [http://www.bridgetomusic.com].
By using this Site, you understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this TOU and any additional terms that govern any additional Bridge to Music products and services used by you. This TOU will remain in full force and effect as long as you are a user of the Bridge to Music website and service(s), and, in the event of termination of any product, service, or feature, you will still be bound by your obligations under this TOU and any additional terms specific to any product, service or feature used by you, including any indemnifications, warranties, and limitations of liability. Through our web site, Bridge to Music provides you with access to a variety of resources, including searchable lists of schools, workshops, festivals and private teachers, as well as information about degree programs, related articles, and a system to request more information. These services, including any updates, enhancements, new features and/or the addition of any new web properties are subject to the TOU.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use
Unless otherwise specified, the services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You, as a User of this Site, understand, acknowledge, and agree that by accessing or registering for any interactive area of the Site, are prohibited from using the Site for any of the purposes below:
1. Posting a profile for anything other than to participate in the Bridge to Music Services.
2. Sending a message to a user for any reason other than to participate in the Bridge to Music Services.
3. Deleting or revising any content or material posted by any other person or entity.

The Sites membership activities are to be accessed only by registered users of the Site, which should have only one unique user name with one unique password. If you are found to share passwords with any non-registered member we will terminate your membership immediately without notice.
As a user of this Site, the following actions are also prohibited:
1. Accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account in which the user is not authorized to access.

7. Bypassing this Sites homepage via deep-linking or any other means, or framing this Site, or any webpage or material on the Site without the express written permission from Bridge to Music. Users are also prohibited from linking to this Site or any webpage in an email sent for commercial purposes, without the express written permission of Bridge to Music.
8. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Sites features or activities, interfering with or manipulating in any manner the entry or registration process for any other interactive features and activities on this Site.
9. Falsifying identification or impersonating any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Bridge to Music official, chat room, or public forum leader, host, or guide, when accessing or participating in such features and activities.
10. Setting up fake sites or other dummy sites that appear to be the Site, mirroring the Sites contents, or otherwise copying any part of the Site Material and/or layout.
Violations of the Sites system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Site will investigate possible violations of system or network security and may involve, and cooperate with a users employer, Internet Service Provider, and/or law enforcement authorities in investigating and/or prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. Bridge to Music will also terminate the membership of any person that Bridge to Music believes, in its sole judgment, to have violated its security provisions.

Additional Provisions Applicable to Vendors and Advertisers
1. Bridge to Music reserves the right to approve all listing/advertising copy, and the right to reject any listing/advertisement at any time. Bridge to Music reserves the right to cancel a listing/advertisement even if receipt has been acknowledged, and to identify advertising which may be mistaken for editorial matter.
2. All content must be submitted on Bridge to Music forms. All verbal confirmations shall be binding upon the Advertiser to the fullest extent allowed by law and policy.
3. Bridge to Music is not responsible for errors or omissions in the site. Bridge to Music reserves the right to adjust the size of ads that do not conform to required dimensions. Bridge to Music reserves the right to exclude, at its sole discretion, advertising material, in whole or in part, from certain pages, whether for legal, policy, editorial or aesthetic purposes.
4. Ads using the name Bridge to Music are not acceptable without the express permission of Bridge to Music.
5. Bridge to Music shall not be liable for server failure.
6. Advertiser and agency, jointly and severally, shall indemnify the officers and employees of Bridge to Music against losses resulting from the publication of its advertisements, including endorsement errors, suits for libel, violations of the right of privacy, copyright infringement, plagiarism, and any other claims arising out of equity, regulation, statutory or common law.
7. Bridge to Music shall not be bound by any additional provisions of advertiser, including, but not limited to, any provisions that conflict with the provisions of the Bridge to Music Media Guide, with these TOU, or with law or policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Bridge to Music, you must contact customer support by email ([email protected]). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your listing within the first 30 days of your membership.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name and your contact information.
