Education / Training
Tim Woosley is a guitar instructor, local performer
and singer-songwriter. He has taught hundreds of
students how to be the guitar player they always
wanted to be. His music studio, Lincoln School
of Music, concentrates on helping every guitar
player achieve their full potential.
He has been teaching guitar for over 11 years
and been playing for over two decades.
One of Tims previous students is now a
musician with the band VOTA.
Tim has been featured in the Lincoln Journal Star http://journalstar.com/news/local/article_79849afb-1ddc-5e60-97ff-09efe95c8593.html and 10/11 News Lances Journal.
Tim has actively performed with local artists Jeff Iwanski, Mike Stelzer and Melissa Moates.
Tim also serves on the Worship and Arts (WAM) team in his local church twice a month, where he helps lead thousands of worshipers a weekend through authentic and intimate events.
He has played on recording artist and worship leader Mike Stelzer new album, Overcome, and has performed live with him several times, including a benefit concert for Haiti and opening for Integrity Music recording artist, Lincoln Brewster.
Tim has orchestrated and recorded music for Changemaker Minute ministries.
He has written, recorded, and performed in Nine Mile Prairie with singer, songwriter, producer John W. Thompson, whose credits include writing El-Shaddai and Sanctuary. Nine Mile Prairie have played a free concert at the Rococo Theatre in Lincoln, NE., and recorded several original songs
Recorded a solo album as a gift for his wife entitled, My Beloved.
He has released a cd with his previous band The World Record Players, and opened for veteran Minneapolis band The Honeydogs.
