Personal Statement
Aurora Music Lessons was founded in 2011 by music instructor Evan Pilate. It currently serves 45 students in the Aurora and Denver areas. Lessons take place in the Aurora Music Lessons studio and in the student’s home. Aurora Music Lessons offers both traditional piano instruction and Suzuki piano instruction, depending on the needs of the client. Evan Pilate is committed to providing exceptional quality in music instruction and a good value to his clients.
Education / Training
Evan Pilate is a recent graduate from the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance. He is a member of Suzuki Association of the Americas and is a certified Suzuki Piano Instructor. He is a member of Pi Kappa Lambda, a prestigious national music honor society, which honors music teaching professionals. Evan is also a member of Music Teachers National Association.
