Personal Statement
I have a warm and personal teaching style, and use a variety of types of music in nurturing and supporting my students’ musical development. In addition to repertoire, I teach theory, technic and ear-training. Rhythmic flow and musical expression are stressed in my studio. Students are prepared well for performances and play with confidence and ease. I also encourage composition and work with students who are interested.
