The Dana Hall School of Music serves people of all ages who wish to develop their creative ability through music. Students range in age from 3 to 55 and are taught by a faculty of 26 teachers. Activities at the Music School include: Private instruction, chamber music, group classes, and theory classes. Instruments include voice, keyboard, string, percussion, and wind instruments; Suzuki instruction in violin, viola, and cello is also available. Preschool movement and music classes. Workshops/master classes, lectures, and performances by visiting artists and faculty. Numerous student recitals throughout the year. Annual concerto competition. Certificate program for serious and advanced players Summer programs include private instruction, String Fling Festival, music camp, and preschool music.
