Personal Statement

I offer piano and harpsichord students of all ages a solid foundation in reading music, technique, theory, music history and general musicianship that will serve them either to purse a career in music or to nurture a lifelong love and appreciation for it. For those students who are interested in harpsichord, my goal is to help teach performance practice as well as the specific history and technique associated with playing the instrument and early music. I believe in tailoring lessons to suit the interests and talents of each student so that they can achieve their personal musical goals.
