Education / Training
Raised an Army brat, I’ve lived in nyc for 8 years, settling here after attending NYU. I’ve dabbled in Shakespeare acting, experimental theater, radio co-hosting, post-modern music, but recently settled on the popular craft of singing and songwriting. I have studied extensively–classical, experimental and holistic voice with some wonderful teachers including master teachers Shari Anderson and Jonathan Hart and Richard Armstrong of the Roy Hart school of music. Also because of my acting background, I have studied the actor’s voice and use Linklater relaxation techniques in my lessons. I am committed to finding the natural resonance and core of the voice. Currently I am trying to build my voice student base.
