Personal Statement

French harpist based in Manhattan, Marion received her bachelor degree from the Paris Conservatoire and her Master’s degree from the Juilliard School. She started teaching the harp at the age of 16. In 2014 and 2015 she received the Morse Teaching Artist fellowship.
Through her experience as both a private and a classroom teacher, Marion has learned to adapt to her students age and goals. She builds a creative environment both fun and challenging.

Education / Training

Marion started the harp at the age of 11 in Isabelle Marie’s class then in the class of Ghislaine Petit-Volta. In 2013 she graduated from the Paris Conservatoire (CNSMDP) where she studied with Isabelle Moretti and Genevive Ltang. In 2015 she received her Master’s degree at the Juilliard School in the class of Nancy Allen as a George Lurcy fellow as well as a Morse Teaching Artist fellow. In 2015 she was also admitted in the prestigious Juilliard Artist Diploma program.
