Personal Statement
I am a graduate of the Jacobs School of Music in Indiana University with a Master of Music in Clarinet Performance degree. My undergraduate degree is in Clarinet Performance from Michigan State University.
I studied under Dr. Caroline Hartig (Michigan State University), Theodore Oien (principle Detroit Symphony) and Mr. Campbell (Indiana University).
My goal is to make (classical) music fun for students of all ages and draw correlations to modern, ethnic, and popular music.
