The Black Bear Conservatory of Music is a community-based conservatory located in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Pocono region and just minutes from New York and New Jersey. Our commitment to music education for artists of all ages is displayed in our early education programs as well as continuing and adult education classes. A diverse faculty of scholars, educators, and performers provides for a comprehensive curriculum that is designed to nurture students of all level of experience: from the beginner to the advanced and beyond. Private, one-on-one instruction with caring, active professionals is the hallmark of BBCM’s philosophy to which each faculty member is committed: “An Academy of Excellence-an Institution for Life.”
