Personal Statement
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area I am excited to be relocating to Los Angeles in Oct 2011. I bring with me over 10 years of experience in music education and more as a professional touring musician, composer, film scorer and producer.
As you will note I have studied music Academically and Privately as well as performed with some of the worlds top musicians all over the world including; UK, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Bahamas, Canada and all over the US. I owe so much to the incredible teachers and musicians i’ve had the honor to study under and perform with. Not to mention being raised by Parents who were both gifted school teachers. It excites me to give back and share my musical knowledge and experiences with aspiring musicians.
My goal is to present a balance of music theory, sight reading and instrument proficiency combined with teaching the genre(s) or direction each student is most interested in pursuing. My teaching style consists of providing a fun and relaxed atmosphere, all while instilling confidence and positive reinforcement.
