Personal Statement
I use my education and experience as a Music Therapist in private and group lessons. I especially love directing Harp Ensembles. I teach the French Technique for lever and pedal harps.
Education / Training
The two teachers that influenced my teaching the most were Gladys Hubner (Minneapolis, MN) and Eileen Malone (Rochester, NY).
Other teachers that I studied under were Margaret Cooper, Jeanne Henderson, Carol Kulzer, Taka Kling, Margaret Ling, Francis Miller and Gayle Barrington.
I started the study of Music Therapy in 1970 at UW-Oshkosh, but transferred to University of Minnesota. My Music Therapy Internship was at the Menninger Foundation, Topeka, Ks.
I received my teaching certification from Idaho State University in Pocotello, Idaho.
