Personal Statement
The music my students learn is both classical and Broadway styles. Many work to achieve the Certificate of Merit in music offered through Music Teachers Association of California. I have performed in Equity Shows, directed plays, and sung in concerts, so performing skill is something we work on including overcoming performance anxiety. I am also a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
