Focus on developing technique, musicianship, music theory and harmony. I began my musical training on the piano at the age of 6. Later, I took lessons on the harp and double majored for a few years. I mainly focused on the harp as a performer but always continued playing and teaching the piano. I have performed with the Radio City Christmas Spectacular Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Ballet, Opera Boston, and many other orchestras and ensembles. In 2011 I was the harp fellow at the prestigious Tanglewood Music Festival.
I was awarded full scholarships for my Bachelors of Music from the Boston Conservatory (2009) and my masters at Boston University College of Fine Arts in (2011). I garnered numerous awards and honors, including first prize at the Bulgarian International Young Artists Competition Young Virtuoso, second prize at the USA International Music Competition, and I was selected candidate to perform at the 9th World Harp Congress, in Dublin, Ireland, “Focus on Youth” concerts.
My teaching experience includes harp faculty at the Boston Conservatory and Long Island City Academy of Music. I am the principal harpist of New York Repertory Orchestra and a substitute harpist for the “Fantasticks” on Broadway, Albany Symphony and Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra.
