Personal Statement
I think the most important aspect of teaching is relevance. I could be the best musician in the world, but until I find a way to make what I know relevant to my students, its meaningless. I work hard to develop a relationship with my students, to get to know them, their goals, their learning styles and then tailor my lessons to them.
I have experience teaching trumpet, trombone and baritone/euphonium.
I would be willing to teach in my home or yours.
Education / Training
I received a Bachelors of Music in Music Education from SUNY Fredonia. There I studied with Carl Mazzio, former principal of the Buffalo Philharmonic.
