Personal Statement
As a teacher, it is my goal that my students will all develop their unique talents and goals through lessons. I aim for each of my students to become independent musicians through private study. In lessons, they will learn effective practice techniques and develop their ability to listen to and analyze music. My main priority in lessons is to help my students develop a love and understanding of music and flute playing, and become the best musician they can be by giving them all the necessary tools. I strive to help each of my students become independent musician’s to the highest level possible for them.
