Personal Statement
I am a Suzuki teacher trained violin teacher from NYC. I teach students of all ages and levels and I sometimes use other methods to reach the student. My moto for teaching is to have fun and use whatever works in order to inspire and guide your students works. of the orchestra I play with is the orchestra of St Luke’s.
I am a also a freelance violinist in the NY metro area and one of the orchestras I play with is the Orchestra of St Luke’s.
Education / Training
I got my Bachelor’s degree from the Mannes College of Music in 2002 and my M.A. from NYU in 2004, both in Violin Performance. I got my Suzuki teacher certification from the School for Strings in 2002.
My teachers include Hiroko Yajima, Anne Setzer and the late Louise Behrend.
