Personal Statement
I was in born in Poland where I received degree in music performance, I continued my music education in Chicago in Northestern Illinois University, and later in Florida at the Florida Atlantic University where I received degree in Music Education. I am working on MA in TESOL. I teach all ages starting at 4 up to adults. I always customize my lessons so they are age and technical level appropriate. I am making them fun by using traditional methods and Suzuki with a combination of Broadway, Jazz and fidle standards. This keeps my students interested and stimulates their musical interests. I always stress note reading and basic music theory skills. Many of my high school students went to pursue music degrees in colleges or are playing in Florida Youth Orchestra.
