Personal Statement

Whether you are a beginner just starting out on an instrument, or you are busy preparing NYSSMA auditions, college auditions,..etc, you will do well choosing me as your guide. I graduated with a degree in music education from the prestigious Crane School of Music, and have a passion for teaching music, bringing my love of music to the youth of my area. I make it fun for the students, I make them laugh, and they learn a lot while enjoying themselves. Playing music is enjoyable, and I never let a student forget that. If you are in the Middletown area, and you want to excel on a musical instrument, please contact me. I start with $20 per half hour lesson, very reasonable, and you will reap the benefits.

Education / Training

I graduated with a degree in music education and music performance from the Crane School of Music, in Potsdam, NY, while earning the Performer’s Certificate. There I studied with Kenneth Andrews, the former principal flutist of the Montral Symphony. Previous teachers also included Linda Marionello, Brad Garner, and Julius Baker..
