Personal Statement

As a singing teacher for over 37 years, listed in the 1970 publication of “Outstanding
Young Women of America” (under Judy Zabetakis) and as a former well-known concert
and TV performer with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, I use specific voice
building techniques learned in Germany. Voice Building is a technique which will
significantly increase your range within weeks and heal abused voices.

I am the teacher of Q-Tip and also Dan McBride / Thirteen Hands who was chosen for
the ballot by The National Academy of Recording Artists for the 2006 Grammy Awards
for both ‘Best Male Pop Performance’ and ‘Best Instrumental Arrangement
Accompanying Vocalist’.

Students of mine perform all over the world. I have students performing in clubs
(both as solo artists and in bands), on radio and television shows, the musical theatre
stage, cabaret clubs, as well as signed artists in the record industry.

Styles include: Rock, Pop, Alternative, Metal, R&B, Legit and Dance tunes.
