Personal Statement
My name is Veronica and I am offering private music lessons for all woodwind instruments (flute, clarinet, saxophone, oboe, and bassoon), with my specialty being the double reeds (bassoon and oboe, including reed making and adjustment). I accept any students from beginner to advanced, age 10 and up. I can also teach beginner trumpet and trombone.
I am 28 years old and have been playing woodwind instruments for the past 18 years and teaching music in the public schools for the past six. I recently moved back down to Central Jersey and will start by traveling to student’s houses for lessons before eventually setting up a studio at my home in Cranbury. The towns I will travel to are listed below. If your town is not listed but you are interested in lessons, contact me and we can try to work something out.
Rates:
$30 for 30 minutes (only available for beginner students under 13)
$40 for 45 minutes
$50 for 1 hour
$70 for 90 minutes (recommended for double reed students when reed making or adjusting is planned)
Note: If you would like to schedule lessons for multiple students back-to-back, I can offer a small discount on rates.
