Personal Statement
My role as a teacher is to help my students grow to their fullest potential socially and intellectually to reach their highest level of self- accomplishment. It is my duty to create a safe place for students to learn and feel encouraged. Each child will be motivated to absorb the knowledge that they are given and to continue down this path of learning. In order to accomplish these things I will strengthen academic expectations while still making learning interesting and exciting. I will utilize an active classroom and employ different learning styles to accommodate for each students abilities.
