Personal Statement
My philosophy of education relies on three main issues that I believe are vital to the health of a classroom. I believe that parental involvement, teacher enthusiasm and student motivation are the most crucial elements of a child’s education.
My goals as a teacher are to motivate and inspire students to pursue music education and to foster an interactive classroom environment that supports efective learning. My ultimate goal is for students to develop musical skills that they can apply toward further study in music, or carry those skills with them to successfully apply in other disciplines including the sciences and humanities.
