The HCSMF experience is rich with musical learning, exploration, and discovery. Students work closely with world-renowned faculty and guest artists, attend small seminars and classes on a wide range of topics, and participate in large and small ensemble work in a highly collaborative About the Festival Image atmosphere. Crossover and world musicians serve as faculty and guest artists to enrich the student experience. HCSMF is ideal for divergent thinkers and musicians who strive for proficiency on their instrument/voice and also seek a multilayered understanding of the act of creativity and of music-making itself.
