1. I forgot my password
Resetting your password is quick and easy. Simply assign a new password within the Account Information area in both fields. Dont forget to save the info at the bottom of the page.
2. How do I change my password?
If you know your current password, you can change it in the Members Area.
3. How do I recover my password?
If you forgot your password, you can follow this link. We will send a new password to your email.
4. Why do you need my email address?
Email addresses make ideal user names, as they are unique, and generally easy to remember.
We completely respect your privacy. We’ll never send you unsolicited email and we’ll never share your email address with another company without your explicit consent.
Also, we require you to provide us with a valid, active email address to facilitate any communication about your account with Bridge to Music.

5. How do I change my username?
Your initial username is the same as your contact email address. You can however, reassign this in the Members Area.
6. How do I modify my account?
Any changes youd like to make to your contact information can be made in the Members Area.
7. Can I set up my account to automatically renew next year?

8. What happens when my memberships expires?
If your account expires, don’t panic! None of your information has been deleted! Your listing will reappear when you renew your membership.

Updating Your Listing
1. Do I need to complete every area for my listing?
No. You do, however, need to complete the Profile Information and General Description before your listing will be posted. Once you save these two pages your listing is visible on the site.
2. What is the Overview page for?
The Overview page allows you to double check your updates without leaving the Members area.
3. Can I embed html code in the text area?
Currently, text areas are limited to just that… text. Links will not appear if you add html in these fields. Your website will be listed within your contact information as part of your membership.
4. Is there a limit to the length of the description fields?
Descriptions area limited to 2000 characters.
5. Do I need to Save each time I make changes?
Be sure to save any time youve added or updated any information within your listing. The information is stored in our database and needs to be confirmed each time theres been a change.
6. Do I need to sign out each time before Im done?
Signing out ensures extra security preventing other people from making changes while youre logged in to the Memebers Area on your computer.
