The School provides instruction based on the Suzuki philosophy to 850 students from age 3 to adult. Private lessons and group classes are offered in violin, viola, cello, string bass, voice and piano. Also available are five string orchestras, Suzuki teacher training, theory and musicianship classes, a certificate program and chamber music. In addition, the School offers a comprehensive early childhood education program including three preschool classes and Music Together® classes. 29 faculty members make up the teaching staff. The academic year includes thirty-seven weeks of instruction with an optional seven-week summer session.
