The Amelia Arts Academy is a non-profit community arts center that offers innovative approaches to creating, exploring and presenting the arts to people of all ages. In addition to offering classes in music, art and dance, it presents concert performances and exhibits by professional and student artists. The Academy impacts more than 5,000 children and adults in Nassau County (FL) and S.E. Georgia. Located in the historic Peck Community center, the Academy uses almost 5,000 square feet of space for classes, programs, recitals/concerts and administration. The Academy sponsors art programs for the underserved school district (Art-in-Action) and for the mentally, physically and emotionally disadvantaged clients (Special Arts). The Artist Series hosts primarily Florida artists, and many programs are supported by grants from the State of Florida Division of Cultural Affairs, Rayonier Corp., DuPont Foundation, Amelia Island Plantation, Ritz-Carlton Hotel of Amelia Island, The Community Foundation and the Prudential Company.

I am considering attending your workshop. Please contact me with further information. Thank you.
