Personal Statement

Christopher Kavi Carbone is a Musician, Storyteller, Teaching Artist, Yoga/Meditation instructor, & Wholistic Health Counselor, known for bringing a positive and gentle spirit into his work with all ages: from newborns to ninety-something's.

With an M.A. in Theater & Performance Studies from N.Y.U.'s Tisch School of the Arts, and with years of training and working professionally in the fields of theater, music, and expressive arts, he is committed to helping people transform their lives through creative expression and self-awareness.

Currently he is sharing his programs and bringing his "Arts-in-Celebration!" events to Schools, Festivals and Community events around Rhode Island and Southern New England.

Also he is serving as Director of "Music Together of Newport County", bringing music and movement experiences to families with children from newborns to age 5.

In addition , Christopher serves on the Faculty of Salve Regina University's programs in the Expressive Arts, providing training for professionals using the arts for healing and transformation.
